Kristen is the founder of WealthEase, LLC. After nearly twelve years in financial practice management and leadership with a Fortune 100 company, Kristen drew on her extensive industry experience to launch a private firm committed to delivering client-centric financial solutions. In her role as founder, she oversees strategic growth, ensures exceptional client service, and manages the selective recruitment of practitioners and strategic alliances.
Kristen specializes in wealth transfer planning, life insurance portfolio design, tax-efficient strategies, investment management, and retirement planning. She is particularly passionate about working with couples and empowering women who serve as primary financial decision-makers. Her coaching-based approach allows her to meet clients where they are, guiding them through personalized financial strategies. Kristen also collaborates closely with clients’ tax, legal, and broader financial advisory teams to create integrated, cohesive plans that align with their long-term goals. Kristen wants her clients to receive the benefits of working closely in a one-on-one approach that is often overlooked at larger less personalized firms.
Kristen holds a bachelor’s degree from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington, and an MBA from the University of Denver. Dedicated to supporting higher education, she serves on the Alumni Advisory Board for the University of Denver and teaches as an adjunct professor at the Daniels College of Business. A lifelong outdoor enthusiast, Kristen enjoys exploring Colorado’s many trails with her family and their two active dogs.
